Schedule in Rutgers Handshake
Rutgers—New Brunswick students can schedule a 30-minute appointment to visit The Career Closet by signing up in Handshake under "The Career Closet Appointment". Appointments are available Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 3 PM.

The Career Closet is located in the Office of Career Exploration and Success on the College Avenue Campus (106 Somerset Street, 4th Floor, New Brunswick, NJ 08901). Dressing Rooms are available.
Select Up to Four Items
Rutgers–New Brunswick students may select up to four articles of professional clothing each semester at no cost. The clothing is theirs to keep.

CES Interns manage daily operations, assist visitors, coordinate donations, and gain hands-on experience in project management, customer service, and teamwork.
The Career Closet proudly supports Rutgers SCALE, a year-round program helping adults ages 21 and older with autism pursue employment, independence, and meaningful community participation.
Community members help stock The Career Closet by donating new or gently used professional clothing, giving Rutgers students greater access to attire for interviews, internships, career fairs, and the workplace.
