We R Career-Ready Free Tuition Challenge
We R Career-Ready (#RUCareerReady) connects campus participation with the career learning advanced by Roadmap 2030. Resources and events marked with career competencies in The Arc appear in the Challenge. Students earn points through eligible activities, while campus partners help them recognize the skills they develop. Submit activities through The Arc and use the Career Journey Model and competencies to guide their learning goals.

How to Participate
Align your activity: Identify the Career Journey phase and career readiness competencies supported by your resource or event.
Submit through The Arc: Follow the Campus Partner FAQs on The Arc page. Resources and events marked with career competencies appear in We R Career-Ready.
Support participation: Follow The Arc instructions for check-in, completion, and any required reflection so students can earn points and recognize what they learned.
What Students Do

Students check in and complete a brief post-program evaluation to collect points for participating in eligible opportunities
