Jazzercise is the original dance fitness program, and first to be franchised. As a Jazzercise instructor and business owner, I have a broad skill set I must employ. Some small business owners wear many hats, but I wear many shoes - dancing, teaching, performing, fitness knowledge, coaching/motivational, focused on women's wellness experiences, business entrepreneurship (finances, team management, communication), sales (marketing, social media, customer accumulation, customer retention), event planner, etc. I'm looking for an intern-for-a-day to share a unique business ownership experience, but also to get honest feedback from the intern about their customer service experience and learn more about opportunities for me to improve my social media content.
My ideal IFAD candidate would have some flexibility with their schedule and be interested in dance, fitness, and empowering women. I would expect some in-person time at my Jazzercise locations, in East Brunswick and/or Hillsborough (depending on the location and day, morning classes are at 9 or 9:15am and evening classes are Mon/Wed/Thurs at 5:30 or 5:45pm). During the day there would be opportunities for in-person or virtual time together. As a Rutgers alumna, I'm so supportive of my alma mater and I believe in giving back to the community. I'm JAZZED to share a program I love with Rutgers students who have any shared interests or curiosities about what I've described. Experience Description:

    Experience Description:

Thanks for considering joining me for a week of dancing fitness fun!
