This February, join us in person at our Career & Internship Mega Fair! Over 230+ employers (different employers each day) will be available to network with candidates to discuss full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities from a wide variety of fields. This event is only open to Rutgers University (New Brunswick, Camden, Newark, and RBHS) students and alumni from all academic disciplines.
What is a #MegaFastPass?
The #MegaFastPass is a digital pass that enables you to skip the registration line at the Spring 2023 Career and Internship Mega Fair. Plus, it also grants you early admittance at 10:30 AM into the fair. The #MegaFastPass is valid for each day of the fair, including Thursday, February 16 and Friday, February 17.
How Do I Receive a #MegaFastPass?
Properly prepare for the fair with our designated career prep tools and resources available for Rutgers University–New Brunswick students and alumni. By utilizing these resources and attending these specialized events you can earn a #MegaFastPass.
How Do I Present my #MegaFastPass?
If you receive a #MegaFastPass for attending one of our fair preparation events, login to your Rutgers Handshake account, select Career Center, select Resources, and the #MegaFastPass should appear if earned. Please show this pass when skipping the line at registration, or you can enter the fair 30-minutes early at 10:30 AM. You must present this digital pass (either printed or on your mobile device) upon check-in to skip the line or to take advantage of early admittance. Please note there will be a designated line just for #MegaFastPass holders.

She is a Rutgers '22 alumni with a BA and MA in Human Resource Management from the School of Management and Labor Relations who will share inside tips on how to network and succeed at the upcoming career fair.

Our fair is open to students and alumni from all disciplines at Rutgers University (New Brunswick, Camden, Newark, and RBHS) and 230+ employers enabling you to connect and discuss full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities.
Each day, the fair will be segmented by organizations recruiting for technical (i.e., science, technology, engineering, computer science, health), non-technical (i.e., business, arts, communications, education, etc.), and both technical and non-technical positions.
Candidates are welcomed and encouraged to attend both days—as both Thursday and Friday offer a wide variety of employer engagement opportunities.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations must be emailed to careerfairs@echo.rutgers.edu by 9AM on January 27, 2023. Please note that submission of a career fair registration obligates the organization and listed contact representative to be responsible for payment of all listed registration fees. Registered organizations not attending the career fair are still responsible for full payment unless they meet the requirements of the Payment and Cancellation Policy.
