Invest in Student Career Success
Support CES efforts to provide meaningful career opportunities to all Rutgers—New Brunswick students.
Your Gift Provides Direct Student Support
Career Exploration and Success (CES) assists students in connecting their academic experiences with potential career paths, regardless of their academic program, career interests, or degree level. We offer impactful programs that have demonstrated positive outcomes for students' careers, and we also provide financial support for students who are seeking internships and access but may have limited resources or experience.
Rutgers Scarlet Service Internship Fund
Each summer, Career Exploration and Success leads President Holloway's effort to connect more than 130 rising juniors and seniors with paid summer internships at non-profit and government organizations. Students are connected with a high-impact internship where they develop professional skills while serving communities in New Jersey, New York City, and Philadelphia. Through the support of our donor partners, students receive a financial stipend that provides access to experiences that are typically unpaid.
Bright Futures Internship Fund
As part of the CES Rutgers Internship & Co-op Program, students with an unpaid internship at a for-profit organization can receive a stipend through the Bright Futures Internship Fund! The fund evens the playing field for students in need who want to gain experience in media, entertainment, communication, and other employment organizations. The program allows them to develop the skills and experiences needed to become more competitive in their post-graduation pursuits.
Knights of the Round Table Employer Partners Program
We invite employment organizations to develop high-profile branding opportunities while supporting the career success of Rutgers students. As an annual partner, organizations contribute to the general resource base of CES, which allows us to provide an extensive array of career resources to students and recent alumni.
