Michelle Galando
Director, Industry & Student Connections
As the Director of Industry & Student Connections (ISC), Michelle provides strategic leadership and oversight for the ISC unit. She offers strategies for helping employers develop their brand on campus while driving employers to find top talent at RU.
Michelle has worked at the University since 2011, when she started in Accounts Payable. She joined Career Exploration & Success in 2013 and has had multiple roles, including Recruiting Programs Coordinator and AD for Employer Development.
Michelle has a master's degree in Women’s and Gender Studies from Rutgers University and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from William Paterson University. She also received the Outstanding Supervisor award from the Higher Big10+ in 2023.
