Scarlet Career Mentoring Course
Looking for a professional mentor? We can help!
The Scarlet Career Mentoring Course is a new 1.5-credit general elective that connects students with Rutgers alumni and local professionals. Students meet with their mentor three times during the semester to explore career goals, build professional relationships, navigate workplace environments, and develop effective networking and communication skills. Through these conversations, students gain firsthand insight into professional life from alumni and industry professionals who are eager to share their experiences and support Rutgers students.
This course is ideal for students looking to build confidence in connecting with professionals and expand their networks beyond their usual Rutgers circles.
