Membership at a Glance

Built for student organizations that put career exploration and professional development at the center of their work.

  • The Collective is for Rutgers–New Brunswick student organizations with a career or professional development focus. One organization leader—such as a president, vice president, or another officer—registers on behalf of the organization. Individual members do not need to register separately.

  • There are no required meetings, service hours, or ongoing time commitments. Choose the opportunities that fit your members’ goals and your organization’s calendar. Membership is renewed each year. Keep your student leader and organization advisor contact information current so CES can stay connected as officers change.

  • Members receive priority consideration for CES program requests, including career workshops tailored to their organization’s goals. Meet the ERGs programming offers opportunities to connect with employee resource groups and learn about workplace communities and career paths. Program scheduling and employer participation depend on availability.
