CES Executive Director William Jones Joins the 2025-26 NACE Board of Directors
On January 30, 2025, the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) announced that William (Wil) Jones, the executive director of Career Exploration and Success, was elected to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for NACE. This prestigious nomination reflects Wil’s dedication, expertise, and contributions to the field of higher education career development and student employment.
The NACE Board of Directors consists of various leaders from within the career services, higher education, and employer sectors, who focus on connecting college career services and employers to help students with their career development. The NACE Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, policies, and overall governance of the association.
Already nationally recognized by NACE and ACPA, Wil was named the Career Professional of the Year by the HireBig10+ Consortium in 2019. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership in fostering student success through innovative programs, employer partnerships, and career readiness initiatives at Rutgers.
