KIT: Getting Through the ATS

Oftentimes, candidates believe that the ATS (applicant tracking system) is in place to discard their resume and reject them. This workshop aims to demystify what the ATS really is, how employers use it, and how candidates can develop their documents to fit the needs of the ATS and employer.
