Kaitlyn Fahy

Kaitlyn Fahy is a Rutgers University graduate student pursuing her Master’s in Communication and Media Studies, bringing extensive hands-on experience in public relations and campaign design to her leadership role. As the Social Media & Multimedia Production Graduate Coordinator for Career Exploration and Success, she shapes the university's digital presence by producing engaging multimedia content, leading data-driven social campaigns, and designing materials that translate career advancement resources into dynamic visual storytelling for the Rutgers community.

Kaitlyn brings over three years of experience in public relations, strategic communication, and digital content creation across the higher education and consumer brand sectors, grounded in an academic background in public relations and psychology. Her professional footprint includes executing strategic brand outreach initiatives, developing short-form video strategies, analyzing audience metrics, creating impactful PR campaigns, and creative collaborations that connect strategy with storytelling. She thrives at the intersection of design and data, using both to build campaigns that are as effective as they are engaging.
