Paolo Miyashiro Bedoya

Sr. Assistant Director, Access to Career Pathways Initiative
Paolo leads the Access to Career Pathways Initiative, advancing career equity through advising, high-impact programming, and community engagement. He is the primary liaison to the Cultural Center Collaborative and affiliated student organizations.
Paolo previously worked in the Center for Social Justice Education & LGBT Communities, supporting LGBTQIA+ students through programming, advising, and campus partnerships. He has also presented nationally on the experiences of undocumented college students.
Paolo is a first-generation college graduate with a B.S. in Business Management from Ramapo College of New Jersey and an Ed.M in College Student Affairs from Rutgers University.
