Manager, Academic and Community Recruitment
Matt DiBartolomeo is the Manager of Academic & Community Recruitment for Hackensack Meridian Health, one of the largest and most comprehensive health systems in New Jersey. Matt is excited to serve as an Industry Consultant for CES to provide individual career advising to students.
In his role, Matt partners with various recruitment teams to create and implement strategy for developing entry level and early-career talent pipelines throughout the organization, including in the areas of allied health, hospitality, nursing, corporate/business, and physician practices.
Before joining Hackensack Meridian Health, Matt worked in the higher education industry with over ten years experience in marketing, admissions, recruitment, and enrollment management. Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ramapo College of New Jersey, a Master’s degree in Public and Organizational Relations from Montclair State University, and is a Certified Professional in the Society for Human Resource Management.
