About us: Do you like Gushers, Totino’s Pizza Rolls and Fruit Roll-Ups? General Mills makes food the world loves, from super fun snacks to meal staples like Old El Paso, Pillsbury and Annie’s. General Mills is also a place that prioritizes standing for good in the world. We look for people who want to bring their best—bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one another and grow together. Whether you join us in an office or a manufacturing facility, you’ll be in a setting where people come first. One where you’ll have the space, support and safety for creative sparks and growing a career. We’re among the best in the business, and we also support each other through challenges, celebrate the wins and enjoy each day.
If you're a Sophomore and see yourself connecting with our mission, we invite you to join Tiffani Daniels, Director of Loyalty and Rewards (and a former campus hire!) and a panel of former interns, now full-time employees as they discuss their experiences working for General Mills. They will touch on development topics including, interview tips, personal branding, building a network, growth mindset and more. At the end of the session, we will offer participants an opportunity to APPLY EARLY and be CONSIDERED for our Summer 2026 internships.
As a Forbes Top 100 Best Internships Program, and a Forbes Top 100 Best Employers for New Grads, our 10-week internship is a direct pipeline to a full-time employment offer at General Mills and the start of an exciting career! Register today -- we would love to meet you!
Note: To be eligible for application and consideration through this event, you must currently be a Sophomore (intended graduation in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027).
