The workshop explores insights from women who have navigated career pivot points, and critical topics such as how women can best build “experience capital” and overcome potential barriers throughout their professional journey – from gaining experiences that matter (like making big, bold moves), to building valuable skills (such as tech literacy), to preparing for the inevitable (e.g., bias, motherhood, and physical and financial health).
