The Memphis Teacher Residency is a top-rated teacher training program for college graduates. During the training year, residents earn a fully funded Master’s in Teaching from Lipscomb University with free housing, mentorship, and coaching support in a community that is rooted in our mission of Christian love expressed in equal education.
