Northern Lights, New Opportunities
Looking for a teaching opportunity that’s anything but ordinary? Join us for a casual virtual meet and greet to learn more about living and teaching in rural Alaska with the Lower Kuskokwim School District (LKSD).
We’ll share an overview of our district, schools and communities, life in rural Alaska, employee benefits and support, and what makes working in LKSD such a unique experience. You’ll also have an opportunity to ask questions and learn about current and upcoming teaching positions.
Whether you’re actively looking for your next position or simply curious about teaching in Alaska, join us to explore the opportunities waiting for you at LKSD! Note from CES: Publication of opportunities with participating employers or guests is for informational purposes only and does not represent an endorsement of those organizations by Rutgers University. Additionally, all employment-related events must comply with the Rutgers Equal Opportunity Employment policy outlined below.
It is university policy to provide equal employment opportunity to all its employees and applicants for employment regardless of their race, creed, color, national origin, age, ancestry, nationality, marital or domestic partnership or civil union status, sex, pregnancy, gender identity or expression, disability status, liability for military service, protected veteran status, affectional or sexual orientation, atypical cellular or blood trait, genetic information (including the refusal to submit to genetic testing), or any other category protected by law. As an institution, we encourage all qualified applicants to apply.
