Join us for an empowering workshop designed specifically for first-generation college students to tackle these challenges head-on.

In this interactive session, you will:

  • Overcome Imposter Syndrome: Learn practical strategies to build confidence, recognize your unique strengths, and silence that inner critic.

  • Embrace Ambiguity: Develop skills to navigate the unknowns of the internship and job search process and turn uncertainty into opportunity.

  • Manage Well-being: Discover techniques to maintain your mental and emotional health, ensuring you stay balanced and resilient throughout your career journey.

Led by experienced professionals and peers who understand the unique challenges first-generation students face, this workshop offers a supportive environment to share experiences, ask questions, and build a network of encouragement.
