Join the January 2025 Accelerator Transportation Data Science Project (TDSP)! This free, 3-week virtual program will guide you in leveraging data science tools and techniques to analyze the New York City OpenData Transportation Dataset and generate insights on making roads safer for all.

From January 6 to January 27, 2025, you will work on a real-world data science project with access to mentorship and opportunities to collaborate with peers. At the end of the program, you may earn a certificate endorsed by the Northeast Big Data Innovation Hub and may have the chance to present your findings to U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration officials!

Participants will learn to assess for potential bias in the data, create pertinent data visualizations, and develop analytical models that can be deployed in the real world. Learners from around the world, from all educational backgrounds and skill levels, are invited to participate. This is an opportunity for you to learn data science techniques in a supportive environment. This is not a paid/unpaid internship.
