First Look: Sales & Trading Women's Program

Want a first look into what life is like on the trading floor?

Created for undergraduate sophomore women who are early in their careers, this one-day event provides students with exposure to the Global Markets business at TD Securities.

Throughout the day, selected participants will have the chance to hear directly from subject matter experts in the business, learn what it means to work in Sales and Trading and gain insight from leaders about what it’s like to navigate being a woman in finance.

What you can expect throughout the day:

• An overview of TD Securities, our culture, and what it means to work in Sales & Trading


• Insight into the TD Securities summer internship programs


• Networking opportunities with leaders in the business


• Tour and mini rotation on the trading floor

Eligibility Requirements

Undergraduate sophomore women (class of 2027) currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program.

Students from both STEM and non-STEM background are encouraged to apply.

Students must be authorized to work in the U.S.
