Terri Smith

Terri Smith is excited to serve as an Industry Consultant for CES to provide individual career advising to students. Terri has been a Campus Recruiter at BDO USA since August 2021. Prior to joining BDO, she worked in career services at Rutgers-Camden where she taught Business Communications and Organizational Behavior as a part-time lecturer. Terri earned a BS in human ecology from Rutgers University and an MBA in non-profit management and organizational behavior from Case Western Reserve University. Her advice for students: take advantage of every opportunity you're offered; you never know who you'll meet that will change your life!
