Assistant Director, 4WARD Career Pathways Program

I am excited to continue working with campus partners and community members in my role as Assistant Director, Career Pathways. My work will primarily focus on developing programming that targets the needs of two career communities: doctoral students and first-generation students.

I have 10+ years of experience in counseling and program planning, management, and evaluation in both higher education and K-12 settings. In my prior role as the Road to Industry Program Director, I was able to provide undergraduates with opportunities for career exploration and 1:1 mentoring with an alumni mentor. I look forward to bringing my skills and knowledge from this role into developing workshops, programs, and events for doctoral students and student-athletes that will assist them in achieving their career goals.

I earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in counseling from The College of New Jersey. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and I am certified as a School Counselor, Supervisor, and Director of Guidance by the State of New Jersey Department of Education. Currently, I am an Ed.D. candidate in the Graduate School of Education, where I am in the dissertation stage of my studies.
