Stacey Kohler

Associate Director, Career Pathways
As Associate Director, Stacey leads a team that empowers students to leverage their individuality as a strength through high-impact programs, signature events, and advising that promote access and belonging via the Access to Career Pathways Program.
Stacey has 15+ years of experience in counseling and program planning, management, and evaluation in higher education and K-12 settings. She is a first-generation college graduate and believes this informs her work with students.
Stacey has a psychology BA and a counseling MA from The College of New Jersey. She is a proud Rutgers alumna, completing an EdD in Education, Culture and Society. Her dissertation focused on female, first-generation doctoral students.
