Nikole Marchese
Graduate Coordinator for the FIGS program
As a Graduate Coordinator for the FIGS program, Nikole is the liaison for the FIGS team and is in charge of a small cohort of Peer Instructors as they run their classrooms in the fall. Nikole mentors the PIs and directs concerns, roster changes, etc., to the rest of the team.
Nikole is pursuing her Ed.M. degree at Rutgers University's Graduate School of Education, specializing in Elementary Education. Nikole, a past Peer Instructor for the FIGS team, taught her own "Exploring Psychology" FIGS in the Fall of 2023.
Nikole obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & Criminal Justice from Rutgers University. During her time at Rutgers, she founded a female weightlifting club. Her club, Girl Gains, accumulated 500+ members, and she served as President for two years.
