Monalisa Malladeb

Monalisa is our Graduate Coordinator for Advising and Programming. She provides detailed resume feedback, offering advice on formatting, content, and language. Additionally, she supports PCEs in guiding students effectively.

Before Rutgers, Monalisa earned her MBA from SIBM Pune. With around four years of HR experience in business partnering, talent, and learning development, she aims to be an HR leader. Fun Fact: she is trilingual and running +350km this year.

Monalisa is pursuing her Master's in HRM at Rutgers and is a recent recipient of the SHRM Graduate Scholarship. Additionally, she serves as the President of RU-SHRM Graduate Chapter.
