As the Associate Director of Career Advising, I see students in appointment settings and oversee a small team of advisors. Before returning to student advising, I was the Director of Career Communities and Transitions. I have a master's degree in counseling psychology and a bachelor's degree in psychology, both from Rutgers.

One piece of advice that I have for students is that open-mindedness and flexibility can be helpful as you decide on and work in your career.
