Christine Anderson
Senior Assistant Director, 4WARD Career Pathways Program
Christine oversees the 4WARD Career Pathways Program. This program helps undergraduate students clarify career goals, develop professional skills, and secure high-impact internships through personalized coaching and industry mentoring.
Prior to this role, Christine served as a Senior Counselor for the Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) program for seven years, providing holistic academic, financial, and career guidance to economically and educationally disadvantaged undergraduates.
Christine is a first-generation college graduate with a B.A in Communication from Rutgers University, a M.S.Ed. in Student Affairs and College Counseling from Monmouth University, and an Ed.D. from Rutgers Graduate School of Education.
