Associate Director, Industry & Campus Connections
As the Associate Director for Industry & Campus Connections, I lead the team of professionals who work to identify key employer partners and alumni mentors, collaborate on their recruitment and engagement strategy, and create meaningful career opportunities for Rutgers students and alumni. I also work closely with our Knights of the Round Table Partner Program, to ensure they are able to secure the best of RU talent through enhanced branding and targeted recruitment initiatives.
Before joining Career Exploration and Success, I spent eight years with an Executive Search & Recruitment firm, matching top talent with some of the best employers in the insurance industry.
I am a proud Rutgers University alumna with a B.A. (Portuguese, Economics, Labor Studies) from the School of Arts & Sciences and a M.A. (Labor and Employment Relations) from the School of Management & Labor Relations.
The best advice I can give students is to keep your options and your mind open, often the best opportunities in life present themselves in ways you were not expecting. On a personal note, I would also advise students to get involved with campus organizations where they can develop close relationships and friendships outside of their studies.
