Alessa Manuola
Graduate Coordinator for the FIGS program
Alessa is a FIGS Graduate Coordinator with the Career Exploration and Success offices. Her responsibility lies in assisting new Peer Instructors in facilitating their courses for first-year Rutgers students.
Alessa taught her FIGS on Exploring Psychology in the Fall of 2023. She then served as a Senior PI for the cohort of 2024, and upon graduating with a BA in Psychology, she enrolled at the Rutgers School of Social Work for her Masters.
As a Rutgers undergraduate, Alessa achieved the highest distinction of Summa Cum Laude. She was awarded the Class of 1925 Scholarship 4 times and the Will Power Retention Scholarship in recognition of her strong academic record.
