Airelle has 10+ years of experience serving others and driving positive culture by leveraging inclusive leadership, a solutions-oriented mindset, and strengths-based methodologies. She is committed to using trauma-informed care to help others thrive.
Airelle is a multiple award-winning career adviser who received her BA in Philosophy from Georgetown University and MA in Communication & Media (digital media, org comm) from Rutgers University School of Communication & Information.
