Visiting Recruiters

Avanade is hosting a company presentation that will include interactive panels highlighting diverse perspective and experiences of our consultants and leaders. This particular event will be hosted with employees from our Black and African American Employee Network and is intended to highlight their unique stories and viewpoints.

During the event you will hear from, and be able to engage with, five employees from across the U.S. about topics ranging from day-in-the life of a consultant, what to expect as an intern, or analyst, and how to kick off your career at Avanade.

Our Early Talent Recruiters will be facilitating the event, so we will also available to answer any questions you may have about our recruitment process and next steps.

Make a Genuine Human Impact at Avanade
As a technical consulting company created in April 2000 by two industry giants – Accenture and Microsoft – we deliver innovative services and solutions to enterprises worldwide. If you are passionate about new technologies, problem solving and making a genuine human impact while doing so, this is the place for you.

Avanade is committed to inclusion and diversity in everything we do. This commitment didn’t start at the top—it’s been part of our core since our founding in 2000. We are proud that it is reflected in our CEO, Pam Maynard, who is a British woman of color and one of few black woman CEOs, especially in the technology space. Pam represents what’s possible, and many of us work each day to make inclusion part of business as usual here.

At Avanade, our emphasis is on our people. Our Early Talent program is committed to providing training that will provide you with leadership and technical skills through formalized and on-the-job training, mentor and career support, as well as endless networking opportunities.
