Career Exploration and Success (CES) invites you to learn more about the 4WARD Career Pathways Program, designed exclusively for first-year undergraduate students. Have you been thinking about careers, but aren’t sure what’s out there and how to get started? Maybe you’re entering Rutgers with a major in mind, but need help taking your next steps.

4WARD is a unique program designed to support first-year students who are still in the exploration stages of their career journeys, as well as those already on a specific career path. This immersive, multi-semester cohort-model program includes support such as specialized career advising, 1:1 mentoring with a Rutgers alumnus, networking and shadowing opportunities with employers, and access to internships! Join us at this information session to learn how 4WARD can help you achieve your career goals.

*Note: The same material will be covered at each session. Register for and attend the session that best fits with your schedule.
