Visiting Recruiters

The Spring Insight Program is a three day, in-person educational workshop designed to give college sophomores a taste of life within the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) division of Standard Chartered Bank. You will learn exactly what a career with us could look like, with an opportunity to be considered first for the 2026 summer internship program in our New York City office. Our paid internship programs, in turn, act as a pipeline into our graduate opportunities.

Upon joining the program, students will be fully immersed into the banking world, with the opportunity to experience our culture, learn new skills, and gain an understanding of the route they might want to take after university.

Attendees will:

  • Learn about Standard Chartered and our global structure

  • Hear from senior leaders within our CIB division which includes Markets (Sales & Trading), Coverage, Global Banking, and Transaction Banking

  • Meet with current graduates to find out what their day-to-day work is like

  • Shadow colleagues in different areas of the business

  • Learn how to make an impact as an intern

  • Attend resume review and interview tips sessions with our Early Careers Team

  • Be given early opportunity to be assessed for our 2026 summer internship program

We are committed to fostering an environment which reflects the communities in which we operate, where different perspectives are valued.
