Through this funding opportunity, student organizations can receive financial support to enhance events that connect students to meaningful career pathways.

We prioritize programs that create meaningful career connections and align with one or more phases of Rutgers’ Career Journey Model while supporting skill development through the NACE Career Readiness Competencies.
Explicit recruiting events, such as career fairs, are not eligible for funding.
