As the Assistant Director of Industry & Campus Connections, Mariah expands the employer network by cultivating meaningful partnerships. She focuses on the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors while advancing Access to diverse career pathways.

Mariah began in Career Services at Kean University, where her passion for career development began. Over the past several years in Talent Acquisition and Human Resourses, Mariah has had the opportunity to help individuals step into new opportunities

A two-time Kean University alumna, she holds a B.A. in Business Management, minor in Marketing and Master of Public Administration. She also earned a HRM certification, strengthening her expertise in talent strategy and organizational development.
