Erika Teran

Sr. Assistant Director, Professional Development Programs
As Sr. Assistant Director of Professional Development Programs, Erika oversees career readiness programming for CES student colleagues, manages professional skill-building programs, and serves as the key liaison to student organization engagement.
Erika has worked in higher education for the past 7 years in various roles, from academic advising to community engagement and career counseling. Previously, she served as Career Counselor of the W. P. Carey School of Business at ASU.
Erika is a double alumna of Montclair State University, holding a Master of Arts in Counseling with a Concentration in Student Affairs/Higher Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Family Science and Human Development with a minor in Psychology.
