Graduate Coordinator, First-Year Career Engagement

As a Graduate Coordinator for Career Development and Experiential Education, I serve as a mentor to upperclassmen who teach First-Year Interest Group Seminars (FIGS) to first-year students. I ensure students’ lesson plans are aligned with course goals. To support students as they teach, I ensure students are staying on track with their attendance and participation. I facilitate the recruitment process for the following cohort through interviews. Alongside this role, I also help to create and run a variety of workshops to support students as they plan a ten-week college level course. After completing my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers, I am now pursuing a Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD) in School Psychology at Rutgers GSAPP.
