Rutgers—New Brunswick Campus Career Ecosystem
Partners in Building a Career Ready Campus
The Campus Career Ecosystem is a network of campus partners who collaborate with Career Exploration and Success (CES) to advance the university’s strategic vision for career readiness. Through committees, events, and professional development, members help embed career readiness across Rutgers—ensuring students are supported not only by CES, but by a community committed to preparing them for success after graduation.
Empowering Rutgers Partners Through Professional Development
Career Exploration and Success supports the professional growth of our campus partners by providing access to learning opportunities through the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), as well as Rutgers-hosted workshops, institutes, and collaborative events. Explore resources, research, and communities of practice that help you stay current on emerging trends in career readiness, employer engagement, and student success.
Access NACE Resources Through Rutgers–New Brunswick’s New Membership
We’re excited to announce that starting now, Rutgers–New Brunswick faculty and staff can request access to resources from the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE)—thanks to Career Exploration & Success’ new organizational membership. With this access, you’ll be able to tap into premier research (like the NACE Salary Survey and Job Outlook reports), professional development tools and discounts, the MyNACE member portal (featuring directories, ethical standards, and ready-made content), and a robust online community to network and share best practices with peers nationwide.

Faculty Career Fellows: Bridging Teaching and Career Readiness
The Faculty Career Fellows program, offered by Career Exploration and Success in partnership with the Institute for Teaching, Innovation, & Inclusive Pedagogy, empowers faculty to connect classroom learning with the skills employers value most. Guided by a dedicated advisory committee of faculty, staff, and employers, the program supports faculty in preparing students for success beyond graduation.

A Career Ready Campus: Roadmap 2030
A Career Ready Campus: Roadmap 2030 outlines how Career Exploration and Success (CES), in partnership with the campus community, will help students build the confidence, competencies, and connections to thrive beyond graduation. More than a strategic plan, it is a call to action—uniting faculty, staff, employers, and students to ensure every Rutgers graduate leaves fully prepared for their future.
Shaping the Career Ready Campus Together
Faculty, staff, students, and employer partners collaborate through boards and committees that guide the work of Career Exploration and Success. Their input shapes initiatives, strengthens connections across campus, and advances our shared mission of preparing students for life after Rutgers.
