SEE Spring Boot Camp: Career Readiness Accelerator (In-Person)

As part of the SEE pilot, you will attend one SEE Spring Boot Camp: Career Readiness Accelerator session, a paid professional development opportunity endorsed by your student employment supervisor.

This 2.5-hour SEE Spring Boot Camp: Career Readiness Accelerator session is designed to help Rutgers student employees turn their on-campus work experience into a strong, employer-ready story. You will learn how to showcase your SEE experience using NACE career readiness competencies so you can compete for internships, research roles, and entry-level opportunities.

What You Will Learn and Do

You will leave with:

  • A stronger resume that highlights impact, skills, and results from your student employment

  • An improved LinkedIn profile that supports your internship and job search goals

  • Practice answering common interview questions using a clear, structured method

  • A simple strategy for articulating your skills through NACE career readiness competencies

  • Action steps and a personal checklist to keep your momentum going after the boot camp

Great fit for you if you:

  • Are applying (or plan to apply) for internships, research positions, or jobs this semester

  • Want to strengthen how you describe your student employment experience to employers

  • Need a structured push to update your resume and LinkedIn

  • Want to build confidence and clarity before interviews and career fairs
