SMBC In-Person Information Session, a unique in-person networking event for undergraduate junior college students who are interested in a career in the financial services industry.
How you will benefit from this program: This is a unique opportunity to network with SMBC professionals, hear from a specially selected panel and senior speakers, and learn about full-time analyst and internship programs at our firm. As a participant, you will also be offered additional touchpoints with the SMBC Campus Recruiting team beyond the event, further integrating you into the SMBC community.
Teams in attendance may include Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, Internal Finance, Human Resources, Brand Marketing & Events, and Corporate Communications.
Please note: If you choose to attend this event, you will be responsible for all travel and accommodation expenses! Therefore, please have these arrangements in order for yourself beforehand. There is no virtual option for this event.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current undergraduate junior students (graduation must fall between Dec 2027 and May 2028)
- All majors are welcome to apply
- You will not require sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B visa) to work for SMBC
