PCC: Corporate Development Programs Information Session
Learn about PCC’s five Corporate Development Programs. These are two-year rotational programs designed for recent college graduates in areas critical to our business (see below). These development programs provide participants with hands on exposure to various roles at multiple sites and business units over the course of two years. We hire every 6 months with start dates of July and January!
Five development programs are:
Operations Management Development Program
Accounting/Finance Development Program
Information Technology Development Program
Industry 4.0 Development Program
Human Resources Development Program
