Merck Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) Info Session (Virtual)

The Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) is Merck’s flagship global manufacturing graduate program. It is a three-year program with three one-year rotations across the manufacturing division, giving participants hands-on experience with high-priority projects and the core work of manufacturing and supplying Merck products.

Alongside the rotations, a structured learning and development plan helps build professional and leadership skills. Participants also receive coaching from senior leaders, exposure to real manufacturing challenges, and training from industry-leading scientists and engineers.
