What is an "Employee Resource Group" (ERG)?
An Employee Resource Group (ERG) is a voluntary, employee-led group based on shared characteristics or interests, providing support, networking, career development, and a collective voice to foster a sense of belonging, while also advising companies on market insights and business strategy. They build community, offer professional growth through workshops and mentoring, and help companies attract talent and understand customer bases, boosting engagement and retention.

Join us for Meet the ERG, a unique networking opportunity designed to help Rutgers students and alumni engage directly with Employer Resource Groups (ERGs) committed to fostering belonging, equity, and community in the workplace. Representatives from leading organizations will be available to share how their ERGs support professional development, mentorship, and inclusive workplace culture—while also discussing full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities.

This event is open to Rutgers University students and alumni from all majors and career interests.
