We are looking for teachers to join our KIPP Newark team for the 26-27 school year! K-12 teachers interested in teaching in our schools in Newark or Paterson are invited to attend – this is an incredible opportunity to showcase your skills as an educator and even get an on-the-spot job offer so that you have a new KIPP campus to call home!

  • Date: Saturday May 2nd, 2026


  • Time: 9:00am - 12:00pm – come whenever!


  • Location: KIPP BOLD & THRIVE Academy- 229 18th Ave, Newark, NJ 07108 (school leaders from all schools in Newark and Paterson will be present)

    • Parking: Available in the school’s parking lot off of 18th Ave.



  • Attire: Wear what you would wear to teach!


  • Snacks: Coffee and light refreshments will be served

Attendees must have a Bachelor's degree conferred by June 2026 to be eligible for hire as a teacher for the upcoming school year. A degree in education is not required, nor is a certification in the state of New Jersey – our team will help you obtain certification within two years if you're hired.
