Compensation & Benefits Highlights:


  • Salary: $70,000 – $90,000/year

  • Performance Bonuses: Up to $2,000/month (paid annually)

  • Time Off: 12 PTO days + 3 Sick Days

  • 12-Month Completion Bonus: $2,500

  • Medical & Transportation Reimbursements

  • Relocation Support: $2,500 Moving Reimbursement

STEM Consultant Exclusive:
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus (with 12-month commitment)
