Rutgers—New Brunswick Campus Career Ecosystem
Shaping the Career-Ready Campus Together
The Rutgers Career Ecosystem connects faculty, staff, students, and employers to embed career readiness across every aspect of campus life. Through shared strategy, professional growth, and collaboration, we prepare students for success beyond Rutgers.
Student Employee Enrichment (SEE) Program
The SEE Program transforms on-campus employment into a meaningful career development experience. It equips supervisors with training and resources to help student employees connect their daily work to the NACE Career Competencies, fostering reflection and recognition throughout the year.
As part of the program, CES will host an On-Campus Job Fair to help departments recruit student employees and promote opportunities across the university. The program also includes the annual celebration of student colleagues and supervisors during National Student Employment Week each April, honoring excellence in student employment and mentorship.
Post On-Campus Jobs in Rutgers Handshake
Rutgers Handshake is the platform for managing all campus recruiting activities—posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and registering for events. Nearly 6,000 students log in weekly, receiving personalized job recommendations and monthly emails highlighting on-campus roles.
If you need assistance to post positions, contact Catarina Caulfield, Associate Director of Industry & Campus Connections, or use the links below. External employers should reach out to our Industry and Student Connections team at recruiting@echo.rutgers.edu or 848-445-7287.
Reserve Interview Space
On-campus departments can reserve the CES Interview Suite or individual interview rooms—located in the Busch Student Center—at no cost, based on space availability. These professional spaces are ideal for conducting interviews for cohort-based graduate programs, single or multiple positions, or other recruitment needs.
To check availability or make a reservation, contact Zac Stager, Sr. Assistant Director of Recruiting Programs & Employer Engagement.
Expand Access to Career Resources
The Rutgers community expands access by connecting students to career resources that remove barriers and open doors to opportunity.
