Employer registration is open — check back closer to the event for a list of participating departments.

• 12:30 PM — Fair Concludes

This is a student-centered, on-campus hiring event. Come as you are. Professional or business attire is not required for this fair.

Students are encouraged to present themselves respectfully, but we do not want clothing to be a barrier to participation.

• Registration Fee: $50 (includes one 6’×3’ table and two representatives)

• Registration Deadline: August 25, 2026 (or until capacity is reached)

• Full Refund Deadline: August 14, 2026 (9:00 AM ET)

• Payment Deadline: September 25, 2026 ($20 late fee added to unpaid invoices after this date)

• Monthly student emails—registered students receive a digest of positions submitted as job type "On Campus Student Employment"
• Machine learning algorithms—students receive new listings related to their areas of interest
• Student alerts and notifications—students follow employer accounts and receive alerts
