According to a recent study by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), 40% of LGBTQ+ workers have withheld their identity at their job due to fear of being stigmatized or facing violence at work. 

In collaboration with the Center for Social Justice Education & LGBT Communities and in celebration of GAYpril at Rutgers, join us in conversation with representatives from various companies who are working to break this statistic. Whether you’re worried about coming out, transitioning, or finding ways to express yourself in your future workplace, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are just one way for you to find your q-mmunity in the world of work after Rutgers.
