BDO Pathway to Success Program
The Pathway to Success program is designed to help students make informed decisions about their major and future career by exploring the public accounting profession and gaining industry connections.
Target Audience
Students who are three or more years from graduation – typically first- and second-years who have not previously accepted an offer with BDO. We encourage all students in the early stages of their post-secondary education to participate.
Live Virtual Sessions
Explore what it’s like to work at a public accounting firm, learn about the variety of career paths available, gain insights into the internship recruiting process, and learn strategies to take ownership of your career growth.

In-Person Office Visits
Participate in an office tour to engage with local professionals, gain insight into their career trajectories, and experience BDO’s culture firsthand. Registration opens April 23.
Mentorship Program
