Participating employers will self-select their particular focus areas (i.e., science, technology, engineering, computer science, health, business, arts, communications, education, etc.). This information will be available in advance online and indicated on individual booth signage.

    • Current Rutgers University Students: Students can pre-register by logging in to their Rutgers Handshake account. Pre-registration is preferred but not required, walk-ins are welcome.
    • Alumni of Rutgers University RU-NB Alumni: Alumni can pre-register by logging in to their Rutgers Handshake account. Pre-registration is preferred but not required, walk-ins are welcome.
    • RU-Camden, RU-Newark Alumni, and those not affiliated with Rutgers: Pre-registration is not required, walk-ins are welcome

    PARKING INFORMATION:

Faculty, staff, and students must park in their regularly authorized lots.

Learn about Rutgers campus bus routes and schedules to reach the Jersey Mike's Arena from different parts of the greater New Brunswick campus.

    Rutgers Alumni and Non-Rutgers Attendees:

Alumni and those not affiliated with the university who wish to park in the designated Yellow Lot during the fair MUST use the link below to register their vehicle. Until this process is complete, vehicles are not registered and may receive citations. Special event parking and special event permits are only for visitors to the University and do not include free metered parking.

If you are a Rutgers alumnus/alumna using a formerly RU-registered vehicle, please email the Rutgers Parking Authority at least five days in advance at info_dots@ipo.rutgers.edu to have this vehicle removed from the system. The Rutgers Parking Authority cannot remove the license plate numbers of alumni unless they receive an email requesting vehicle de-registration. Once confirmed, register using the link below.
