The Employer Networking & Information Session (EIS) Program at Rutgers University-New Brunswick allows you to meet and build connections with high caliber students from a variety of disciplines. This program runs for 10 weeks in the fall and spring. The sessions are held Monday through Thursday between the hours of 4:30 – 7:30pm. They are held in meeting rooms within our student centers (Rutgers University Student Centers has instituted room rental fees effective July 1, 2017. External organizations will be offered discounted rates for all University Career Services department-sponsored events. Room fees will range from $55.00 - $200.00, depending on the room capacity and set-up configurations. As before, AV equipment and catering fees are additional).
In light of this, University Career Services now offers space at two locations on a first-come, first served basis at no charge:
- University Career Services located in the Busch Student Center (604 Bartholomew Road, Piscataway, NJ 08854) seminar room holds up to 40 guests theater style. Employer Information Sessions must be held between the hours of 4:30pm-7:30pm
- University Career Services located at the Gateway Transit Village (106 Somerset Street, 4th Floor) seminar room holds up to 80 guests theater style. Employer Information Sessions must be held between the hours of 4:30pm-7:00pm
